Nina is a retired commercial pilot who became interested in natural foods in the 1970’s. Nina joined with Suzel Cable in creating the course Ten Days to Living Longer which you can read about on this website under the Webinar tab.

Suzel Cable is a certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach. She attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where studies are taught by world-renowned health and wellness professionals like Andrew Weil ,Christine Northrop and Mark Hyman. She studied 100 different Dietary theories, as well as Nutrition, lifestyle and health coaching techniques. Suzel has worked in the natural foods industry for over 17 years and was a founding Member of Nutmeg Celiac Support  Group 1990-1999.

  1. I am 70 years young and believe in walking the talk. Taking care of myself,physically, emotionally and spiritually has been a priority in my life. Every day I start the day with a good protein breakfast, supplements and exercise. Life is great and I keep that attitude every day.
