For those of you who are afraid of what GMOs are doing to the bees, our planet and our bodies, this is good news. Hopefully all their labels will say Non-GMO!
One of the biggest food companies out there just announced that it will officially support mandatory labeling of GMOs.
In addition to its namesake soups, Campbell’s owns popular brands including Pepperidge Farm, Prego, V8 and more – all of which will soon carry labels disclosing whether they contain ingredients made from genetically modified crops. What’s more, Campbell’s will also withdraw from any coalitions of other food and chemical companies like Monsanto that oppose GMO labeling.
